The prices quoted below are in Euros, and are PER HOUSE, not per person!

A deposit of 50% of the total rental price is required at the time of booking, with the balance due on arrival.

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer (into a UK bank account), or by credit card, subject to a 3% card fee. 

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to let us know as soon as possible. Your deposit may be refunded up to 6 weeks prior to your stay, after which it will only be refunded if we can re-let the accommodation.

Check-in time is 2 pm, check-out 10 am. This gives us time to clean the houses ready for the next guests. 

Your total rental price includes the following:

• Rental of the house or apartment
• All bed linen and indoor towels
• Use of water, electricity and gas
• All local taxes
• Use of parking space in the village
• A welcome pack with basic essentials (tea, coffee, bread, milk,etc)
• Use of our swimming pool and hot tub
• Local area information pack
• Electric fans in the summer months
• Gas heaters in the winter months
• Use of Wifi

In addition, many of the houses have:

• A good supply of books and games
• Television or DVD/Video players
• Fireplaces - firewood available locally
• Good mobile phone network cover

The houses do NOT have:

• Laptops - so please bring your own
• Internet sockets - Wifi available 
• Hairdriers - so please bring your own if required
• Plug adaptors - so please bring your own
